A LITTLE ABOUT ME: In 1995 I moved to the Daytona Beach area from Washington DC. I discovered paradise! What a wonderful place to live, work, raise a family, vacation or retire! Prior to the move, I earned my B.S. in Nutrition at the University of Maryland. For many years I worked in the nutrition and fitness fields. In 2004 I earned My REAL ESTATE LICENSE. I am, now, a FULL TIME REALTOR, and only work in the Real Estate field.

I have helped hundreds of customers realize their dream of home ownership and hundreds more sell their properties. I strongly believe in continuing education and am constantly searching for ways to better serve my customers. I have most recently earned the GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) and C2EX (National Association of REALTORS Commitment to Excellence) Designations. I have also earned my SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) and ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) Designations. Each of these designations have added greatly to my service as a REALTOR. Especially the ASP as most Realtors do not have this very special and very significant designation/skill.

The way we live in a home and the way we market and sell a house are 2 entirely different concepts. Homes which are on the market need to be showcased and staged. My listings shine because they are designed and STAGED to sell. Staging a home is usually done with the owner's furnishings, and my eye for what buyers want to see. I also remodel homes therefore I know how to "dress up" a home without wasting a lot of time and money.
